【第１弾　運休情報】北山川観光筏下り運行中止のお知らせ

台風10号の接近にともなう影響のため、下記の該当便の運航中止を決定しました。
■8月27日（火）全便
■8月28日（水）全便
該当便にご予約いただいたお客様には順次ご連絡をさせていただいております。
既に乗船料をお支払いいただいているお客様には全額返金もしくは日程の変更をお伺いさせていただきます。
＊コンビニエンスストアにて現金払いをされたお客様には、ご指定の本邦内の銀行口座に振り込みにて返金をさせていただきますので口座情報をご準備ください。

楽しみにしてくださったお客様には大変申し訳ありませんが、またの機会にぜひお越しいただけますと幸いです。
なお8月26日（月）運行につきましては現在のところ運行を予定しておりますが、今後の台風進路の状況により運休とする場合はご予約のお客様にご連絡をさせていただきます。

Due to the impact of Typhoon No. 10, we have decided to cancel the following tour:
All tours are on Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th Aug.

We are in the process of contacting guests who have reservations for the affected services. For those who have already paid the fare, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule for a different date.

For guests who paid in cash at a convenience store, please prepare your bank account details as refunds will be processed via bank transfer to a domestic account in Japan.

We sincerely apologize to those who were looking forward to the tour, and we hope to welcome you on another occasion.

As for the tours on Monday, August 26, We are currently scheduled to operate as planned. However, should there be any changes due to the typhoon's trajectory, we will notify the customers with reservations accordingly.
